My expertise in treating anxiety disorders for 20+ years will provide you with specialized,

You will receive individualized counseling specific to your anxiety problems, always based on the latest, most effective research and offered in a very compassionate manner.

While living in Boston, Mass, I was an Associate on the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Unit at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Since my move to San Diego, I have co-authored papers with the UCSD Dept of Psychiatry on social anxiety and served as a Member of the Board of the Society of Behavioral Medicine. In addition, I have provided consultation & work place seminars for staff of managed care companies on the treatment of anxiety disorders and offered consultations for employees suffering from stress in the workplace. Currently, I am on the Professional Webinar and Public Education Committees of (the leading organization devoted to help with anxiety and depression).
